参考消息网10月29日报道据法新社巴黎10月27日报道，根据研究人员近日发表的一项关于“突发公共卫生事件”的研究报告，相对美国各人种的规模而言，美国警察开枪打死的手无寸铁的黑人人数，是手无寸铁的白人的3倍。
自今年5月乔治·弗洛伊德被杀以来，美国国内爆发了一波又一波的抗议活动，许多人认为这一事件成了美国警察对非洲裔美国人的系统性种族主义歧视和虐待的象征。研究人员在这种背景下发表了这份报告。
在有足够资料可供分析的4653起致死案例中，报告作者发现，被警察打死的这些人中，51%是白人，27%是黑人，19%为拉美裔，而美洲印第安人和亚裔人各占2%。
报道称，考虑到美国人口的构成，研究人员计算得出，美国土著人被枪杀的可能性是白人的3倍，而黑人被警察枪杀的可能性是白人的2.5倍以上，拉美裔是白人的29%。
报告作者说，“警察致命枪击事件是突发公共卫生事件，导致黑人、土著人和有色人种健康状况不佳”。这份研究报告发现，753起（15.9%）警察开枪致命事件涉及的受害者都是手无寸铁的。
